In order to more effectively
represent his clients, Schmidt maintains his awareness and understanding
of the real estate market by attending seminars and training programs. He
is a candidate for the Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM)
designation.
Schmidt is active in numerous civic and community organizations,
including the Board of Directors of The University Club of San
Diego, Chairman and Founder of The Distinguished Speaker Series
of the University Club.
Jay Kerr is an experienced manager ranked among
the most respected and top performers in the area. He has built
over 7,000 units in San Diego over 25 years, which grossed over
$3 billion in revenue. He understands the market, products and
entitlement ventures.
Jay Kerr joined Centex Homes as the Division President in
San Diego in March of 2002. Under his direction the San Diego
Division of Centex Homes built the widest array of for sale product
of all 52 operating Centex Divisions in the United States. (High
end luxury, move up executive, multifamily, urban infill). Under
his guidance, the Division grew it’s owned or controlled
lots position from 800 to 4,300 in San Diego County. Prior
to joining Centex Homes, San Diego, Kerr was the Division President of
another publicly traded nationally ranked builder, DR Horton San
Diego. He was responsible for providing the business framework,
local knowledge base and all land acquisition activities.
Lee Vincent is President and CEO of V 3 Partnership
an architectural firm based in San Diego, with offices in Phoenix
and Toronto, Canada. Lee specializes in delivering project solutions
that are distinguished in the market place by their quality and
